What we collect

When you join the beta, we collect your email address and signup time. When you submit beta feedback, we collect the category, message, submission time, and—only if you provide it—your email address. We also process limited technical information needed to protect forms from abuse.

Why we use it

We use signup information to provide beta access and relevant CoreOne updates. Feedback is used to investigate bugs and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Services we use

Signup and feedback information is stored with Supabase. Transactional beta emails are delivered through Resend. Cloudflare provides hosting, security, email forwarding, and privacy-friendly website analytics.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand aggregate page views and visits without tracking individual visitors for advertising. This website does not use advertising cookies.

Storage and retention

We retain beta signup information while the beta programme is active or until you ask us to remove it. Feedback is retained for as long as it remains useful for product development, unless you request deletion of identifiable feedback.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@joincoreone.com. Include the email address you used so we can locate the relevant information.
